These past two weeks were a little rough—social events, more alcohol than I planned, and food choices that left me feeling off. What I thought would be a fun weekend spiraled into a 2–3 day hangover and a lot of gut and mood disruption.

But it was also a turning point. I’m 6 pounds down overall, but more importantly—I’ve decided to stop drinking while on GLP-1s and start honoring what my body is trying to tell me. I’m also managing a skin reaction at the injection site, which turns out is a common (and treatable) side effect.

This journey isn’t perfect—but it’s powerful.
