Week 4: Life is Lifing, but Feeling Good!

Let’s just say…life is life-ing lately.

Between family stuff, work, and just trying to keep up with the everyday swirl, this week wasn’t my most “on it.” I didn’t eat perfectly, I didn’t hit every goal and yes, the scale nudged up about a pound.

But here’s the thing: I’m not panicking.
Because the real win? I feel better.

The Inner Shift: More Than a Number

This journey isn’t about chasing a perfect number on the scale. It’s about reclaiming how I feel in my body.

Even with all the chaos, I’ve noticed:

✨ Less bloating (still holding steady!)
✨ Clearer skin, fewer breakouts
✨ Better energy—even when the days are long
✨ More clarity mentally (hello, focus!)

These are the quiet wins that matter most.

What I’m Reminding Myself This Week:

Progress isn’t always linear.
Healing isn’t always visible.
And a number doesn’t define my worth.

Week 4 was messy. But I still showed up. I still nourished my body. I still chose myself.
